A thick cloth surcoat intended to be worn as standalone armor, as it's a little too thick to comfortably add chainmail or a cuirass on top. Made of thirty layers of tough nylon, this will protect you from almost everything, but it's very heavy and warm. It drapes below your legs, providing additional protection there, and it lacks sleeves entirely.
