This is the clear team-support choice of the three reviewed prototypes: an Elemental Burst starts six seconds of self-energy recovery and party healing at R1. It does not provide the sword-passive damage pattern of Iron Sting or Rancour.
When it fits: Consider it when the catalyst wielder benefits from HP and the party can use the Burst-triggered sustain.
