A high-output reactor block that burns thorium and requires coolant.
This is a high-consequence power choice: the official wiki warns it can explode if cooling is insufficient, so coolant continuity is a prerequisite to its nominal 900 power units/second.
When it fits: Choose it only when thorium and a continuous coolant supply are secured and the sector needs this power route.
