Unique mounted units
Cataphract
Units
Byzantium's Horseman replacement for mobile field combat.
Units1 supported recipe route
WHY CONSIDER IT
Its movement and ability to move after attacking support mobile pressure; it upgrades to Knight.
When it fits: For Byzantium, consider after Horseback Riding with Horses and before Chivalry.
The tradeoff: Byzantium-only, requires Horses, and becomes obsolete at Chivalry.
