Plan this output ahead of projects that use it, including Accumulator, Bucket Miner, Cargo Unloader, plus other downstream targets. Its 20 recorded downstream use(s) help reveal where one stockpile can support several goals; that is a recipe relationship, not a popularity claim.

When it fits: Add it to a project when one of its listed downstream targets is on your plan; combine quantities across those targets before choosing a production run.

The tradeoff: One source recipe run makes 2 and lists 4 Iron Plate, 1 Coal at Blast Furnace; 2 recipe variant(s) for this output are grouped together. Verify access where the pack is incomplete.
