Six rounds fit within the weapon, though its small stature and short barrel ensure that each pull of the trigger is all but a pyrotechnic spectacle: flashy, loud, and jumpy.
This .38 revolver is quite small and lightweight, due to its short barrel and aluminum material.
A pistol-caliber carbine chambered in .380 ACP. It is more powerful and accurate than an equivalent pistol but the .380 ACP round is nonetheless fairly weak. Accepts 10-round magazines, which are not shared with any .380 ACP pistol unlike many other similar pistol-caliber carbines.

Essentially a giant steel box with a long barrel peering from one end and dual spade grips mounted upon the other, this venerable machine gun design served the United States military since the First World War, mounted on everything from tanks to patrol boats to aircraft, and even tripod-mounted for stand-alone use. Part and parcel with its size and munition payload of .50-caliber ammo belts, however, is the fact that, to operate it, one must mount it upon suitable furniture, terrain features, or vehicles.
Pin-point accurate out to one and a half kilometers and cycling its .50-caliber feed from detachable, 10-round magazines, this combat sniper's weapon provides users with a comfortable window to engage targets at a distance. Its imposing bullets ensure that it is more than capable of delivering an adequate account of itself at such ranges.
The definition of 'overkill', this behemoth handgun puts large .44 caliber revolvers to shame with its sheer size, power, and immense chambering. Firing the appropriately named .500 Magnum cartridge, the most powerful handgun round in the world, the weapon has seen work in both sport shooting and hunting roles. A pistol for those of the 'bigger is better' mentality, a high recoil junky's personal dream, and an all-around useless military sidearm, should the urge to assault the Cataclysm in fine style grip you, this giant provides you with 5 rounds with which to reduce a zombie into an afterthought.

Suitable both for competition shooting and offensive combat roles, this firearm is faster to shoot than a traditional pump-action model, with the caveat that it's harder to maintain than its manually operated siblings as it relies on an internal gas system to cycle rounds rather than the user's own physical input.

Coming outfitted with a large 17 inch sword bayonet and a wooden heat shield to protect the user's hands from the barrel when it heats up during firing, this pump-action shotgun practically drips menace and looks like it's straight out of the trenches of World War I. There aren't any more trenches to clear, so the next zombie-infested town will have to suffice.

A precision weapon issued to Japanese forces part way through the Second World War and proving to be little more than an off-the-rack 7.7mm battle rifle fitted with a telescopic sight, the rifle, despite being only marginally different from its closer-range cohorts, was a formidable implement upon the battle fields of the Pacific theatre.
A semi-automatic smooth-bore shotgun, this weapon features respectable ergonomics and room for 8 shotshells within its tubular magazine. Suitable both for competition shooting and offensive combat roles, this firearm is faster to shoot than a traditional pump-action model, with the caveat that it's harder to maintain than its manually operated siblings as it relies on an internal gas system to cycle rounds rather than the user's own physical input.
A military oriented spin on the classic pump-action shotgun recipe, this firearm features an extended magazine tube capable of fielding nine rounds of 12 gauge shotshells. Sporting a heavier barrel and a bayonet lug, it makes for a highly intimidating weapon, as well as a satisfying answer to most of the nasties you're liable to find in the post-apocalypse.
A state-of-the-art laser rifle developed by the R&D outfit "Aerial Labs". Initial performance rivaled Rivtech's finest, with rumors flying about corporate skulduggery. Though the Cataclysm put that on the ash heap of history, this weapon can still do the same to your foes.
