Expedition incense
Superior Bulwark Incense (expedition effect)
Expedition incense
Gives shields a 35% chance to withstand hits during an expedition.
Expedition incense1 supported recipe route
WHY CONSIDER IT
It is a shield-focused defensive option; the record lists a higher chance than basic Bulwark.
When it fits: Choose it when your plan relies on shields and its ingredients are available.
The tradeoff: It occupies the sole incense slot for one expedition and uses Angelica also needed for other choices.

Access & prerequisites
- Mix and apply one active incense for the next expedition. The incense expires when that expedition ends and must be mixed again on return.
- Only one incense can be active at a time. The recipe must first be discovered; this is an effect application budget, not manufacture of another recipe scroll.
